Water Delivery

Product delivery is carried out after the Buyer has made an order.

The delivery time depends on the time the Buyer made an order:

  • In case the order was made before 12 p.m. of the present day delivery is carried out during the present day between 4 p.m. and 9 p.m. or during the next working days between 9 a.m. and  9 p.m., on Saturday between 9 a.m. and 4 p.m.

  • In case the order was made after 12 p.m. of the present day, delivery is carried out during the next working days between 9 a.m. and 9 p.m., on Saturday between 9 a.m. and 4 p.m;

  • In case the order was made on Friday after 12 p.m., delivery is carried out on Saturday between   9 a.m. to 4 p.m. or during the next working days between 9 a.m. and 9 p.m.

  • In case the order was made on Saturday, delivery is carried out during the next working days between 9 a.m. and 9 p.m.

Important: Delivery times may vary depending on the load of the delivery service. Up-to-date information is published on the website in the top menu – "Near Delivery" block. You can also check the available time with a call centre operator.
In case the Buyer is located at some distance from Minsk (Minsk region) delivery is carried out individually upon a mutual agreement of the Parties.

Delivery is carried out by a delivery man only within the limits of the Republic of Belarus. Delivery terms are previously agreed with the Buyer by the phone number indicated while making an order.

The Buyer has the right to receive the Product in the storage of the Seller during working days between 9 a.m. and 6 p.m. providing a 100% prepayment is made.

The seller has the right to decline delivery in the following cases:

-The Buyer refuses to pay the order and/or to confirm the product delivery (to mark the waybill);
-The Buyer cannot give empty bottles in exchange.

The Buyer has the right to reject the Product if:

-the bottle flows;
- the bottle is corked not tightly or there is some damage of brand packaging;
- the Product has an unsatisfactory condition.

The Seller has the right to refuse accepting empty bottles back if:

- there is mechanical damage of the bottle, that appeared during the time the Buyer used it, and this damage causes impossibility of further usage of the bottle;
-there was a significant deterioration of its condition;
- the bottles, offered to return by the Buyer, were never delivered by the Seller, i.e. are not labeled by the Seller, look different from the bottles used by the Seller;
- inner and outer surfaces of the bottle are dirty;
- it is established that other liquids were kept in the bottle.

In case of refusal to accept the bottles from the Buyer according to the above listed conditions, for further deliveries the Buyer purchases the required number of bottles from the Seller.

Water Delivery is not carried out in the following cases:

- impossibility to reach the place of delivery in connection with roads repairs, temporary restriction or prohibiting the traffic;
- the Buyer’s providing incomplete, inadequate information about the delivery address including: presence of a barrier, passing system, numbers of combination locks in doorways;
- adoption of legislative acts, preventing the fulfillment of the present contract.

In case of absence or break down of the elevator the Product is delivered to the 5th floor inclusively. 

Refund:

In case here is a situation requiring a refund and your order was paid with a plastic card using ASSIST system, the refund is made only to the card that was used to make a payment. The decision about a refund is taken in each case on an individual basis upon a written application of the Buyer to the address zakaz@202.by. Repayment period – up to 30 running days.
