How to make an order?

To make an order get in touch with the operator using stationary or mobile phone at the following hours:

- in Minsk:

Monday – Friday	Saturday
08:00 a.m. – 20:00 p.m.	08:00 a.m. – 16:00 p.m.

-  in the representative offices:

Monday – Friday	Saturday
08:00 a.m. – 17:00 p.m.	09:00 a.m. – 15:00 p.m.

^*The representative offices in Polotsk, Vitebsk, Borisov and Soligorsk do not accept orders on Saturdays.

During holidays and pre-holiday days orders are made according to a special schedule which can be found on our website home page. The same is the case with delivery.

Orders can also be made via special online form on our website www.202.by.

Minimum delivery time, providing that the order is to be delivered within the limits of the city of Minsk, is 2 hours.

In case the order is to be delivered beyond MRHW, minimum delivery time can reach 4 hours.

Minimal order quantity is 2 bottles of water.

While making an order tell the operator the following:

- contact reference number
- quantity of water bottles
- related and/or additional products
- optimal delivery time
- delivery address and contact telephone number (in case they’ve been changed)

The operator has the right to decline an order if:

- The Buyer did not pay for the previous order
- The Buyer cannot give empty bottles in exchange
- The location of the Buyer does not correspond with the existing delivery routes.
